Chief Executive Officer, Tony Stuart
Tony Stuart is the CEO of UNICEF Australia since 2016 and has been a member of the UNICEF Global Standing Group since 2020. Tony also serves as the Chair of the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Advisory Board, is a member of the Prime Minister’s Community Business Partnership and recently chaired the NFP Advisory Board to the National Covid Commission.
Chief Operating Officer, Sarah Grattan
As the Chief Operating Officer, Sarah leads the enabling activities for UNICEF Australia: Governance, Finance, Risk, IT, Strategy, and Operations. Since joining in 2018 Sarah has led a data and digital transformation of UNICEF Australia, overseen a new Constitution and increased maturity of governance, risk and reporting processes.
Chief Advocate for Children and Director of Australian Programs, Nicole Breeze
Nicole Breeze is the Chief Advocate for Children and Director of Australian Programs. Nicole has been instrumental in growing UNICEF Australia’s partnerships for impact and influence within Australia, building our young ambassador program and support to children and young people particularly during crisis such as the drought, bushfires and COVID.
Director of International Programs, Felicity Wever
Felicity Wever is the Director of International Programs and continues to enhance the strong relationships between UNICEF Australia and its regional partnerships. She leads international programs staff to provide technical and surge support where needed to deliver maximum impact for children. Joining UNICEF Australia in 2013, Felicity has developed the Directly Supported Programs portfolio and assisted the organisation to gain accreditation with the Australian Government.
Chief Marketing Officer, Libby Hodgson
Libby Hodgson is the Chief Marketing Officer. Libby leads the fundraising and communications portfolio, via digital, above and below line strategies, partnerships and innovation.
Director of People, Kara Collins
As the Director of People & Culture, Kara provides leadership to help UNICEF Australia build and maintain a truly human organisation led by purpose-driven leaders. With over 20 years of experience as an HR leader, Kara has worked across multiple sectors, from health to construction to early childhood education.
Head of Government and External Engagement, Elliot Stein
Elliot Stein is the Head of Government and External Engagement. Hailing from the Northern Illawarra, Elliot has had a long career working at the most senior levels of Federal and State Governments and in the private sector in Australia and overseas.
